- VGVanessa GarciaMay 2, 20251.0I'm infuriated with this branch. They made unauthorized changes to my card, blocking it without my permission. When I called to fix the issue, they bizarrely told me to contact the branch I was trying to transfer money to, which had nothing to do with the problem. Now it's after hours, and I'm stuck with a closed account and no access to my funds. The branch's mishandling has left me unable to use my own money. Making me go out of my way to access my money because they cannot do their job correctly. This is ridiculous.

They seem annoyed when helping you, and proceed to treat customers with an attitude. I’d love to see them work more on customer service, and creating a great customer atmosphere.
