Will charge you fees you haven't agreed to as often as they can even if you have overdraft protection or sometimes even when the money is in the account. Terrible customer service, just an all around AWFUL bank. If you're considering banking here please go ANYWHERE else. We've been with them for 12+ years and their customer service is totally gone.
