- VVVeteranUSMCJul 23, 20255.0I had issues online and over the phone when I was trying to open an account so I can use Zelle… The issue that I was having was that there was a phone number on the account even though I had set it up within minutes and did not put that number on there It was the only one on there and to verify the account and login I needed that number to send a code, but if I ever had that number, it would’ve been. So I had to go into the bank to get my account verified and get online access and had nothing but a pleasant experience in the bank.

This bank is not always super fast service, and the tellers are not always experienced, but the effort to do a good and reliable job is definitely there. I would recommend this bank to anyone. There are other banks on Fairview in west Boise that do not treat people so well.
