  Dani Rasmussen helped us with removing my father from my account and adding my husband. We originally had an appointment with someone else but that person was busy so Dani offered to help us instead. She was so personable and helpful! We were laughing most of the appointment with her. She was able to answer all our questions and efficiently got our account information updated. Thank you Dani!

  It feels like they took the stagecoach theme a little too seriously and refuse to modernize. The customer service is so poor I didn't just terminate my personal accounts, I had my company leave them. When my mom got sick and I needed to act as her power of attorney the Wells Fargo team went out of their way to be as unhelpful as humanly possible. Beyond not being neutral, they actively made my life worse. After bringing every document into the bank to prove guardianship and conservatorship, they made me do this twice, because their bank and loan offices are not connected. Of course, all paperwork had to be FAXED or snail mailed. What century is this again? I had to provide an affidavit form, for which they wouldn't email, and after you fax it, go ahead and wait 10 business days. Stay away, find another bank. They are horrible and every person acts as if their hands are tied, but of by whom? Why can every other bank in the world do this better?

  The bank manager Tabitha Miller is the epitome of condescending and as other reviews have stated about her, saying that she was rude is saying it very MILDLY! Came in to make a deposit for my store, and there was 13, which I understand is a lot, I called another bank that was open, told them about it and over the phone they were very helpful, and I wish I had gone to them instead. I knew with how many deposits I had it would take a while and knew I would have to sit aside while they assisted other customers, and I was very patient waiting 20 minutes while they assisted other customers and I knew it would be that way, when she finally got to me she was snarky and rude and EXTREMELY condescending. I overheard her also talking to her co worker very negatively about me assuming she didn’t think I could hear her. When she got back with the final receipts which took only 15 minutes not the 30-45 minutes she claimed it would take, I expressed how I felt about the interaction to her and told her that she was extremely condescending, not only to me but also to her employees, and she was yet again snarky. You guys should def promote the gentleman that was there, he was kind and helpful and had a welcoming tone to not only me but to all customers in store. She definitely needs to be in a diff business if she doesn’t have the mental capacity to be kind to people, she’s clearly either miserable in her job or miserable in her life and lets it out on other people. Disgusted.

  Unbelievable. You have to make an appointment 2 or 3 days out to open a checking account.

  Worst customer service ever. They messed up really bad on a transfer from my property manager. They lost it. So they deposited the money for a mortgage payment in our account. But they never completed the transaction so over the weekend the account showed a negative balance. My wife was in their bank every day. Every day, trying to get it fixed. But because they couldn't take an email transfer and switch it into her checking account at the store level the account bounced on Monday. We even deposited enough cash to cover that day, and they bounced it. My wife went back to the bank. The manager Brett was nothing like the other girls that helped her. He was a jerk. He wouldn't listen. My wife actually had a bad experience in the past where Brett allowed her ex husband to wipe out her account 3 days after she left him. Brett did fix it. After being a total jerk for an hour on the phone. Wells Fargo at this location has the worst manager ever. $35 bucks doesn't seem like a lot to Brett, in order to keep a customer, but 35 is definitely enough for us to no longer be their customer for sure.
