Their staff and branch manager are professional, friendly, and very helpful. As a new resident to Boise, it's nice to have a local bank branch that is always nice to deal with.

I have to go into this branch on nearly a weekly basis and every time I'm there I'm greeted by first name since they know me so well. They make sure that my every need is taken care of and that I'm happy overall. It's gotten so that conducting business is now like visiting a friend.
