They assume it’s fraud before they even hear my story. Soon afterward I went to a different branch on S Vista Ave, and got proper help. They were so professional and they helped me in less than 10 minutes.

They each had their welcome statement ready and said their own in unison! It was awesome! I have never had any issues with this branch and highly recommend coming here!
