    The team at this KeyBank branch is always so welcoming and kind - I genuinely enjoy stopping by! I bank here for both my business and personal accounts, and it’s always an easy, smooth experience. Everyone’s friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

    I have been trying to have some checks that I ordered over 6 weeks ago delivered. In checking with this branch the first time they told me it was a long process and would take some time. Okay, I get it. Then I went over yesterday and checked again. They told me my checks had been delivered and returned. Now how can that be?I've lived at my current address for quite some time. They were really prompt on charging me for them. So I told the teller I wanted the phone number of the check company and to not order any more. He ignored my request and re-ordered thechecks.Didnt listen to a word I said. Then I asked to talk to the Mgr. I was told they didn't have one and wouldn't have one for 2 months. I feel like this is another one of their lies. Just to get me to leave. I'm so unhappy with Key Bank.

    I was told if i opened an account i would get $200 worth in points that i could concert into cash. Now they say i never qualified for that. I should have know to not trust a bank.

    Shouldn't be that hard to deposit a check. I've been a long time customer. Branch manager at this location didn't put much effort into helping. If you must bank with key bank, the Milwaukee and Fairview location has good customer service. Cashiers neee training on system.
