    Deposits don’t clear for 24 hours...any deposit but cash. App is garbage and mobile deposits take days. Go get a bank for adults.

    They are a great bank until you have some out of the ordinary transactions. They still have yet to send out debit card with the new microchip. I have 3 account elsewhere and they all have updated not sure what Key is waiting for. Should you lose your debit card be prepared to pay for a replacement. Speaking of losing the debit card the ATM on overland and orchard took my card so I had to go in the branch and ask them to retrieve it only to be treated like a deadbeat whose card was taken for bouncing checks or maybe overdrawing the account. However at the time my balance was well over 10K in each account and they did not even apologize just told me the machines do that sometime. Really... Get the damn thing fixed. The woman I initially told about the card being taken was totally rude and threw attitude. She needs to learn to check her attitude at the door when coming to work and at least attempt to smile. It looks could kill I would not be writing this now.... Bottom line it's hit or miss. On a positive note I love Wells Fargo. They are light years ahead of any other bank in town. There ATM machines take cash, count it for you (and credit your account instantly), scan checks you deposit along with many other features.
