  What a colossal waste of time….!!! I’m guessing with all of the new calendars and fireworks that Key Bank had some idea that 2026 was coming and that they’d need new 2026 stamps. But they didn’t and after the 20 minutes it took them to figure that out they told us to go sit in the chairs to wait our turn for the only person with a 2026 stamp. When that person finally came out from the corner office (note, at this point we’d been inside the branch for over 30 minutes) rather than asking who is next,,, he just grabs someone that had walked in three minutes before. So after 40 minutes total, my son had to leave for work and won’t be able to come back until May (when his semester ends out of state). If you need anything at this Key Bank branch, better plan on an hour if not two…. Conor is the only attentive and customer oriented person left there. Sad day!

  30 + yrs banking with the Parkcenter branch even though we also bank with ICCU right across the street I could never bring myself to completely transfer everything! Needless to say they’ve lost a loyal 30 yr customer all due to their insensitive greed! I never thought I’d leave the KeyBank Parkcenter branch! Very unfortunate what has happened to THIS banking community but moreover the decency of mankind during these trying times! Truly disheartened with the lack of so called “customer service” received. Literally do NOT care about making things right and keeping customers! Will be warning all friends and family about this horrible experience!! It’s no wonder reviews are so bad but again they simply don’t care! Really sad!

  The endless saga with Key Bank continues. After switching banks for the 2nd PPP loan, US Bank was able to process our loan in a little over one week, whereas Keybank still after 6 weeks had no idea what the status is. In addition, we try to get the first loan forgiven and are working with this bank now since over 2 month. No answer, feedback on the status / next step to get the loan forgiven other than "it's complicated". If you are a business don't rely on this bank ! Besides endless hours to deal with them you may end up in financial distress due to their inability to handle your loans.

  Very nice people and helpful. I wish this type of customer service was like this in every bank.

  Avoid KeyBank for a home loan. We were given a closing date weeks in advance and all parties completed their jobs in a timely & professional fashion EXCEPT KeyBank who failed miserably in their duties. Their failure to meet the agreed upon timelines caused our family & friends to lose both time (time off to move) and money (movers and rental van scheduled). Unacceptable.
