- CDCommenting is DangerousSep 23, 20215.0i originally banked with home federal down town. then it became bank of the cascades, and then first interstate. i have had nothing but good experiences with this bank. the employees are nice, polite and always helpful. if you make a mistake once in a while they help you out. i will be staying with them, they are a good bank.
- BBBamaAug 25, 20215.0I started with the bank of Cascade now it's 1st interstate, the branch in Kuna, the 12 st in Nampa now on 13th and myrtle I have had great people, but they have no personal policy's I have had it better policy's in every bank account I've ever had,In Kuna Crystal was very helpful,Ms. Rodriguez at 12 street was great,Paul at 13 an Myrtle Really has the old school service he did personal service went out of his way to help me with different accounts now when I use my card to order something I don't worry about getting scammed I only keep enough in the account to pay the 1 dollar for a trail before as soon as I authorize the $1 trial they would go ahead immediately and take out for the full month That's not happening since Paul has been around.He was on Vacation the last time I was in the bank I wish I could remember his name he was just as good, the little girl I have talked to was just as good friendly and I think she was concerned about my issue everyone at that branch didn't try to act like I was a lesser person just because I don't have much money. I have won my lawsuit against round up and I'll have more money than I've ever had the people I mentioned is why I'll stay with that bank The only thing is I ask Paul about them nice insulated water bottle and 1 of them thin writing pens he said he would see what he could do,I had to go get a temporary card on 9th street I guess he forget since he could not activate my temporary card because they were outdated You must have forgot my request That reminds me I got to go in today and pick up my check thanks first interstate you've all been great
