    This was my branch I always used when I was out in Boise Jen is so amazing she’s very polite I am sure going to miss seeing her bubbly personality daily

    I’ve been going to this bank for over a year and I have to say that it has been a better experience than the last bank I had to deal with. Everyone there is super friendly and respectful. Specifically Jen however; she makes everything easy and I never have to worry if things will get done or not. She is super friendly and kind and I always look forward to seeing her when I go in. Thank you for being there.

    When i did deposits for my previous employer 3 times a week at this FIB location, it was the highlight of my week. Always friendly and got to know me. Jen and Kyle were the best. Love you guys
