The first time I wanted to check on some savings bonds and instead of just checking their worth, the teller cashed them for me despite some of them not having fully matured and not checking with me first. This is obviously not reversible. Today, I put some coins that were in a bag and the (different than last time) exasperated teller asked somewhat accusingly if I knew how much was in there to which I responded. She took my money to be deposited and came back annoyed saying I was wrong and gave me the correct amount. Ok, so I messed up my math, thank you for checking on that... You're a bank. Service has also been very slow. I guess I better economy does not mean better customer service.
