- CMChristina MailhoitOct 22, 20235.0This bank's reviews are a bit harsh and undeserved... and outdated. I've been with Wells Fargo for 20 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I agree with others about the hours being inconvenient, but they offer other options to make deposits, withdrawals, etc. The ATM is accessible 24/7 and you can make deposits (with funds typically available immediately) or get cash. You can also make deposits from the app. When I do go in, which is not often, or call, the staff is always friendly and helpful. They've bailed me out of a couple of situations I got myself in to when shopping online. I do wish they hadn't gotten rid of the remote access code feature that they used to offer. It was so convenient!

- EBEugene BalsmeierJun 1, 20201.0Unethical business practices. They put holds on cashiers checks that have been paid for in full from a Title company that actually does business with Wells Fargo. Go figure, all they needed to do was to check and ensure funds available. The branch manager says that it is Wells Fargo policy no matter what kind of check it is. Wells Fargo probably delays it so they can earn a little interest. My first and last time doing business with them. Closing my account tomorrow after funds are made available.

The branch manager was threatening and they could care less if they win or loose a customer. Obviously to big for their britches and certainly not small town our customer oriented. They are friendly when you are there but call them with a question about their policies and they are rude and ruthless and lack the ability to accommodate anything less than what the corporation dictates they do. Very sad, I recommend a Credit Union or a Community Bank over Wells Fargo any day.
