Miriam was very helpful with setting up an additional savings accounts for our kids. She interacted with our boys while opening the account, very nice and great service.

I want to thank Zions Bank for all their help in getting us Canadian currency. I spoke with Blackfoot branch and they directed me to a Idaho falls branch. I call but was directed to customer service agent who was so helpful and call the branch in Idaho falls to make sure they had the currency on hand, which was super nice. We arrived at the bank in Ammon and everyone was so helpful. I don't normally write reviews but I was super stressed and they took it all away so again thank for being super nice and helpful so we could get home to Alaska.

I have been with zions for over 20 years, and never have I been treated so poorly. This branch puts a horrible name for zions. Cooperate should really look at their manager and assistant manager.

I'm changing my 1 star review to a 2 star. The people are better. The service is a little more efficient. I'm still puzzled as to why deposits take so long but I'm starting to just get used to it. At least the people are nicer than they were from 2016-2017. I would rate Zion's Bank Corporate overall though a 1 to 1.5 star review because every time I call I'm on hold for 8 - 13 min and each time I have called they say we don't know but we'll call you back and they never call back.

Banked with them for years. To many fees and poor customer service! Definitely would not recomend to anybody. Too many other good banks around that appreciate your business and are not all about the corporation.
