Instead of telling me they couldn’t help me, they waived the fee, helping me out a ton. Have always had good experiences at this branch and this bank in general. Always put the customer first. Would recommend anyone to switch to wells fargo

I looked around and found another world wide bank that has significant savings on fees. Bank of the West is were I bank now. They feel more like a local bank but have the whole world as there office.
