- LCLeanne CordovaDec 26, 20241.0I would not even give them one star! The staff at wdsm office are the rudest and not honest. I will be closing my account as soon as they release my funds which will be on 2 separate dates. I deposited a check for 10.000 dollars which I can understand hold being placed on that amount however I do not understand why it is released on two different dates and two different amounts. I would expect my funds to be released same date if this bank cannot release my funds at one time it makes me wonder! I would not recommend this bank to anyone

It is absurd that you could act this way and take it as far as contacting an employer, to regular customers just because you feel intimidated. racist.

I've had good experiences with Great Western banks in Nebraska and Iowa but I always take note when someone goes out of their way to be personable. It turns something mundane into a pleasure. If they don't know the answer, they will research to find out. I hope their managers see their hard work and compensate them accordingly. I was extremely impressed.

While this is a lot for a money order, they told me where I could get one cheaper right away. Great customer service! 5/5 Edit: Went back to reward good customer service. Turns out they do not actually give cashiers' checks to non-customers. :( The teller was very nice and helpful, and the customer service was still alright. 3/5
