Our first contact was with Morgan, a personal banker. She takes her role seriously and addressed each of our questions and concerns setting us at ease that we chose the right place for our finances. Once we were set up with a cup of coffee and various accounts and a quick tutorial about the website and the app, Morgan introduced us to the staff on duty. Every one of them were welcoming, polite and patient. We were so impressed with the service and attention, we bought donuts for the staff the next day and we've been doing that on each of our monthly paydays. Customer service is a tough gig and we have discovered that giving a little kindness to those who serve goes long way to getting kindness in return. So when I read reviews of poor service or disrespectful treatment, I wonder what the customer did to earn it. We have NEVER had a bad experience at this branch and the one time we thought we were potential victims of a scam, Morgan made some phone calls and cleared up the mess in ten minutes. THAT'S customer service. Nikki, Megan, and Mckenna are top tellers and greet us with welcoming smiles and hellos. They are efficient and proficient. And Sarah is always there if we need a backup. When we were having trouble getting our credit reports opened and viewed for a WF credit card, it was Sarah who did continous follow-up until the problem was resolved. If anything goes wonky at WF it won't because of whom we've met at WF or service and services we have received.
