- EHErich HodgesOct 18, 20241.0I was running late on a Friday evening, trying to make time on a day I got off work early to make it in before they close. The representative claimed it takes 20 minutes to add an additional person to a safety deposit box. She would not see me because I was not there within the 20 minute time frame. There were two other representatives doing nothing waiting for closing on Friday afternoon. Based on this experience I would tell no one to open account at this branch. I was wearing a bright blue shirt if corporate would like to review this interaction on their security cameras for time checks. The customer service representatives were not doing customer service they were giving lip service. Perry Iowa branch at 4:45 p.m. on October 18th 2024. Very poor service.
