Jeanine is very professional and helped me over the phone with questions I had about my account. She is always friendly and very helpful.

Heather was very rude and seemed to find it to be appropriate to interrupt my husband and I multiple times while we came in with concerns about a transaction we had (we did not have her as our teller she just kept interrupting). While we were there she also answered a phone call and was very rude to the person on the line then after hanging up she made comments about the person. She claimed they were rude yet she was being very unprofessional towards them. Very sad customer service skills.
