They are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional without fail. You do need to get an appointment for more complicated issues though. You can’t just walk in and expect a banker to be there waiting for you if you don’t have an appointment. It’s pretty easy to make appointments online, but don’t wait until the last minute because they do fill up.
