- SSShelbzFeb 24, 20173.0First of all, the ladies working the drive-thru are wonderful every time I go through, but the tellers inside I cannot say that about. One teller made fun of my husband when we went in to open his first bank account, saying he needed to grow up and start being an adult by getting an account. I was so disgusted with her talking down to him that we left and went to the Wells Fargo on the other side of town to open his account. We informed them of the teller's rude comments and gave them her name so something could be done and so she wouldn't be allowed to speak to other potential customers that way. Her behavior makes me want to give them 0 stars, but the tellers in the drive-thru are just so nice and great at their jobs that I want to give them 5 stars, so I settled on giving 3 stars.
