- RCRalph ChiodoJan 10, 20231.0This branch is the only branch that puts a hold on my paycheck when I deposit it. They won’t even let me get cash back when I deposit my check. They won’t give me any reason other than “it’s our system”. They are also extremely slow. The simplest transaction - depositing a payroll check - takes 20 minutes or longer. If I wasn’t working directly across the street from this branch, I would never go here again.

Extremely unhelpful and near rude at inside counter, and was told to try outside at the ATM... have closed all accounts that had any dealings with Wells Fargo including Investments, and will never be back. If you want to feel like you are completely unwelcome in letting them use your money, this is your bank. Otherwise, you should go elsewhere.
