- ARAl RemetchJun 27, 20184.0Based on the staff this Wells Fargo should get 5 stars. The people are great, helpful, friendly and courteous. However, the larger entity, Wells Fargo, is terrible. Besides the negative press lately about Wells Fargo, I can personally testify that this organization has run amok. I don't want to get into all the detail, but I can only say if you were a friend of mine and you asked me about Wells Fargo, I would strongly suggest that you do business with some other financial institution.
