I tried calling the Grinnell WF bank FIVE times over the course of a couple of hours but the automated system kept me on hold for several minutes each time only to hang up on me after stating, "All of our staff are busy with other customers and can't take your call." Finally, I drove to the bank (five minutes away) and found SIX employees standing in a huddle talking and giggling and ZERO customers in the bank.
