- BKBeth KMay 26, 20253.0Staff are nice, however I don’t like how I’m constantly encouraged to download the app when I walk into the bank each time. I came into Wells Fargo one time to pull money and front lady said did you know that you can pull money out of an ATM? and starts describing me what an ATM is which was unnecessary so she made me feel dumb that day thinking I don’t know anything about ATMs I’m 25 lol I said my card is off right now and I’m working towards getting it back on. My card got turned off because of my $10 apple fee which I have an iPhone and get these fees I told them that I like to physically go to the bank to get whatever I need and one front desk lady laughed at me I don’t know why it was funny but it was inappropriate. Please treat me with respect next time I haven’t done anything to you guys, thanks

Their reader did not read a customers check I deposited but they could care less and are insistent that I jump through several hoops to resolve the problem when it's their faulty equipment that is the problem! After 40 minutes on the phone it appeared that they only seem to blame my customer!, Insulting their integrity in lieu of acknowledging their own faulty equipment.
