This review is for the First Interstate Bank which just took over about a month ago. We liked the other bank but nothing but problems with this one. Today they deposited one of our checks into someone else’s account. I have had problems several times with deposits here so I checked the receipts since there were two deposits. Not surprisingly, they screwed it up again. No use calling as they never answer the phone. So my husband drove over there a second time and had to wait awhile as there are usually people in there complaining. The teller looked at our account and the receipt and said Oops! That’s not your account. We still haven’t received the new debit cards. I’m very disappointed with this business. Several of my friends in FD and in other towns have left this bank. We are also looking for a new bank. I used to work for a bank and know this is very poor treatment and service. Everyone deserves better than this.
