    Wells Fargo has been the most difficult mortgage company to deal with. I have had Wells Fargo for 8 years - it has been the most difficult experience ever. Half the time my online account does not work I have to call the online phone number to have them refresh my account multiple times so that I can pay online. Recently they did not withdrawl my auto-pay, I received NO email, NO phone call and they marked my credit late. They refuse to remove the error stating its my fault - I should follow up every month. WOW thank you Wells Fargo for your awesome customer service! If you are looking to get a new home loan RUN!! Everyone I have spoken to says Wells Fargo is one of the worst companies to deal with.

    You have been warned here. These people are as bad as it gets. I could fill this review up with things they did to make for a MISERABLE loan process but I will just throw the best for last up. Was supposed to close on a Friday before memorial day weekend. Had the whole house warming party set up. Well they decided to change my loan amount by $1 on weds which resulted in my closing being moved to the following tues. Their answer to that was there was nothing they could do because of a mandated 3 day wait period. I would rather go collect coins on a street corner than take a loan out through these idiots

    What can I say, just refinanced my home with Wells Fargo and it took 12 days yes 12 days!!! to get everything complete and set up closing!! They are efficient and know the business. I specifically want to thank Iva and Lori for their courtesy and professionalism. What a breath of fresh air they were, couldn't have asked for nicer people to work with on getting our house refinanced. Thank you for everything you did in order to complete this transaction. The Sora family.

    The tellers are very kind and helpful. I like how i can just swipe my ATM card and they can pull up all my info and help me out, rather than having to spell my name or provide my drivers license or whatever. They've always been able to answer my questions. When you walk in, there's a manager who asks what they can do to help you. You tell them and they point you in the right direction, rather than getting to the front of the line, then figuring out that the teller can't help you. Very pleasant experience.
