I called about mid-day on a Tuesday to ask a simple currency question, and after ringing and being on hold for 6 minutes, it was answered in Dallas, Texas. The answerer could not answer my question and I was placed on hold again. After 20 minutes a nice man answered and was able to answer my question. It took him less than 2 minutes. Total call time 22 minutes. Ridiculous!
