- ETEastSide TerriAug 23, 20254.0Wells Fargo is only place I know that keeps your SS CHECK TIL A SAT. OL.MAN gets his 3rd Wed of every month. Now EVERYONE knows you never get your check on a Saturday. NEVER. BUT THEY keep his til Saturday I guess to draw interest on it for a few days but that isn't right. No one else gets there's on that day. I have never in the 25 yrs I have had to be on it have I ever gotten mine on Saturday. Don't get me wrong Wells Fargo has had issues here and there but whst business doesn't. We have hadnour mortgage there for 25 yrs and we have had lots of help over the years. I like the banknon E.Euclid although when it was only drive up foe awhile it was only a tiny bother. For what we consider a neighborhood bank they are awesome.. just wantingnto knowing anybody else gets there check on a Sat. Just never heard. But besides that they are a pretty good bank
- BSbrian stevensAug 7, 20231.0It’s unimaginable that this bank does not have a drive-thru anymore. What a disservice to us customers. Whoever made this decision should be fired. Why would they think this is an acceptable solution to any problem they were having. Now we , the customers are paying even more with the inconvenience and long waits , STANDING in line waiting to do our banking. Absolutely absurd!!! Bye Wells Fargo , I will be moving on.

- RTRandy TharpMar 8, 20211.0Unlike every other bank, Wells Fargo still doesn’t have people in the branch. Window only. And you sit in line at the window for way too long not even getting told it will be a moment. And on top of that, every phone number on the website doesn’t go through.
