  Wells Fargo is only place I know that keeps your SS CHECK TIL A SAT. OL.MAN gets his 3rd Wed of every month. Now EVERYONE knows you never get your check on a Saturday. NEVER. BUT THEY keep his til Saturday I guess to draw interest on it for a few days but that isn't right. No one else gets there's on that day. I have never in the 25 yrs I have had to be on it have I ever gotten mine on Saturday. Don't get me wrong Wells Fargo has had issues here and there but whst business doesn't. We have hadnour mortgage there for 25 yrs and we have had lots of help over the years. I like the banknon E.Euclid although when it was only drive up foe awhile it was only a tiny bother. For what we consider a neighborhood bank they are awesome.. just wantingnto knowing anybody else gets there check on a Sat. Just never heard. But besides that they are a pretty good bank

  Originally went into WF to close out a matured CD. Krish was very helpful, but I had the maturity date wrong. Secondary task was to close out an unused savings account. Waited in line for one of 3 tellers. The middle teller was dealing with a convenience store customer with a bag of cash the entire time of my visit. While I understand commercial accounts may take longer, it does not seem to be professional to discuss vacations and mixed drink preferences at speech volume loud enough for everyone to hear. This also stretched out the transaction time longer effectively making only two tellers available. When the next teller was available and I made it to the window, he excused himself to help the teller at the far end and then went to the back and out of site. I waited shortly, but he did not return. If a business does not value my time, I can only believe they do not value my checking, home mortage, and credit card accounts either and should be moved to another bank. Iwill now need to make another visit to close out that unused saving account.

  Wells Fargo is a Joke. They will literally let ANYBODY take money out of your account. Straight fraud, unauthorized payments, double payments it has happened to me multiple times. And they will put a claim in, which takes 10-13 buisineses days, meanwhile charging you overdraft fees. I Uber to work, so when this happens I cannot even go to work. What a joke. Puke bank. I will be switching to a new bank today.
