Had to open an account just to get some smaller bills. Lobby was also a dump.

Without a doubt consistently bad experiences. After 65 years moving our family account.

These people are rediculously incompetent. I tried to change my address 3 times and they still got it wrong (I was getting someone else's bank statements). Asside from that, if you have any request (such as, "don't close this account till the rent goes through") they aren't going to bother. Due to their errors, I am late on rent and have to hunt down 575$ to wherever it went. The bank is nice is you never move, or change
, or need any sort of actual service.
UPDATE: I closed my account 2 weeks ago and they are still sending me SOMEONE ELSES BANK STATEMENTS. Way to go guys.
