Google says "busier than normal" but its just one lady, showing the teller dog pics and the teller showing them back. Terrible customer service and has no sense of urgency. Would give 0 if I could.
- LHLaura HusarAug 24, 20204.0I did close my account with Wells Fargo because of some corporate policies I disagreed with. I was having some difficulties with closing my account. The Branch Manger Jean and Premier Banker Venicia made my last visit amazing. It is sad to part because my experience with the two of them was amazing. I've never had any issues with the branch personnel but Jean and Venicia were outstanding. They both are incredibly professional and have phenomenal customer service skills. So I give the Branch 4 stars because the people there are outstanding. I'd make it 5 stars but I'm not a fan of all the policies and procedures that corporate has set forth.
