She was very disrespectful. I tried to be Polite and asked for my daily limit to be raised because every single weekend I have a problem being able to spend my hard earned money, and when I asked, she asked me if” I was going to be responsible with my money” I didn’t know when you go through a bank, all of a sudden they get to tell you what you can, and cannot use your money for Last time I checked, I worked for this money, not you. She also brought up a past fraud. I had on my account and told me.” You must have gave someone your card numbers’’ when I had A police report to back it up ! She told me she didn’t support me using third-party apps like Venmo and Cash App when I am a photographer and that’s how my clients pay me but Regardless, it is my decision when and where I want to be able to use my money. After 12 years I am done and will be finding a new bank .

I like getting dividends by just having a savings account. I have had my account here for about a year but I plan to stay for a long time. I would definitely recommend this bank to anyone and everyone.
