Aa soon as I get a different bank I will be shutting down my account with them. I can not keep going in to negative because I can't log on to my mobile app and Ive gone negative to mamy times and they don't care or seem to want to help figure anything out.

Worst customer service from them and was advised they shredded my card because it was expired and "hot" would have loved an explanation before this decision was made. Bank Manager didn't even bother asking why I was closing all of our accounts, I could have provided two employee names that need a refresher on customer service had he bothered to come to the window as the lobby was closed.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Long time account holder with the bank before it was Great western, got my first home loan through this bank before it was Great Western. All was good till it switched over to Great Western. Save yourself money bank elsewhere.
