Jacque, Robert, and the whole team have always helped me in a quick, efficient manner. Unfortunately, people don't realize there are protocols in order to do certain things, which leads to frustration. I have been a wells fargo customer for many years.And I will continue to be one from anymore.

I work full-time and can't deposit checks during their normal business hours and that has caused more issues. I also wish the Iowa City/. Coralville area would offer more locations. There are only 2 locations in the area covering North Liberty, Williamsburg, Iowa City, Tiffin, Coralville, etc. In the Cedar Rapids area there are multiple banks or even accessible ATMS." As of 2018, I still feel like Wells Fargo should provide more ATMs or Banks in the corridor area. I also would like to say that during the last year the staff were supportive and helpful and would waive the fees in circumstances of bounced paychecks or overdrafts.
