We were jumped over several times for customers who were 10 minutes late for appointments where they could have spent 10-15 minutes with us to open an account quickly. Seems like a lot of employees in the building waiting to work and help people.

The absolute inability to pay off debt within the branch is nothing less than robbery and I’ll be contacting the Iowa attorney general about these predatory lending practices.
