- NGNick GoodwinJul 25, 20251.0Who decided to put the ATM right there? I used it in the rain and the roof goes just far enough to where the water runs off the lip of the roof and dumps it on the back of your head or right into the window of the car. Its very degrading using the ATM while having the entire contents of a water bucket dumped on you. I would have gotten less wet if there just wasn't a roof at all. Classic wells Fargo.

Told the lady at the drive thru that I couldn’t get out of the car because I had my daughter sleep in the car but she said I needed to go in and it was just going to take a second. I come in and she tells me I had to wait for the spot with the pin pad. The man behind me goes up to her to buy some euros and she’s able to pull out another pin pad. I felt incredibly discriminated. They’re able to pull out a pin pad for the rich white man buying euros but not the mother trying to pay her bills on time. How ridiculous. I will be taking out all my money from here and closing down my accounts.

- MMMadi MeekMay 24, 20191.0I am so sick of Wells Fargo. Today, I attempted to deposit cash into my cousins account, the teller explained that I was unable to do this. While I feel that this policy is stupid, the tone an attitudes of the tellers at this branch were extremely rude and unhelpful. I have worked for Wells Fargo. I have credit cards and have had other accounts with Wells Fargo. I was debating on reopening my primary checking with Wells but after this extremely unpleasant experience, I don't want to. There is absolutely no need for the teller to be rude or act as though I am a burden when I explain the situation and ask for their help to figure out a solution. Unacceptable.
