The girl gave me the card and said I could activate it after 6 pm. I tried multiple times with no luck. Called customer service. It had never been put in. Extremely frustrating and they are not convenient since they are closed now on weekends.

The staff over there are very friendly 5 stars. But, I am giving a 2 star rating based on the online experience and mobile app, everything seems complicated especially if I am making a transaction online it will not go through unless I call and verify with the phone banking which is closed on weekends so don't expect to buy online during weekends! I appreciate the security but there are other ways such as OTPs that can be sent to the registered mobile or email. Also the interface of the e-banking system is very outdated and not user friendly. ***** It wasn't expected to get a call, its great to see actions are being taken, as mentioned above the staff are professional and great service. I hope that they'll update the online app or system with security mechanisms such as OTPs and Authorization texts for local or international transactions rather than having to call phone banking. I asked teller about options such as CD & opening additional savings I know they open new types of accounts recently and that’s great. Well I don’t know if I caught her just on a bad day or from looks of her looking at your watch the end of her shift. I been with Great western bank for nearly 10 years I’ve never had such a rude teller like I experienaced at this location. 👌🏻 Great bank just choose another location then this one.
