    They forgot to order me a debit card, after more than 30 days they cancel my temporary card with no notice., Went this last Friday to get another temporary card and he told me it will be ready to activate at 6pm Friday., After many attempts I called costumer service and the guy never got the card ready for activation., I have my daughter sick with temperature and I had to steal medicine from dollar general because I was not able to access not one penny of my account.for the whole weekend…, CLOSING MY ACCOUNT THIS MONDAY ., worst bank with the most incompetent workers ever… I wished I would have gotten arrested taking that medicine.

    The tellers here have always been more than friendly and courteous. Put a smile on my face every day! They are efficient and have always treated my business and me very well!

    Went in to deposit some cash I was given for repayment of money I loaned a friend. I asked teller about options such as CD & opening additional savings I know they open new types of accounts recently and that’s great. Well I don’t know if I caught her just on a bad day or from looks of her looking at your watch the end of her shift. I been with Great western bank for nearly 10 years I’ve never had such a rude teller like I experienaced at this location. 👌🏻 Great bank just choose another location then this one.
