Teller would not take my deposit because I forgot my wallet at the house so I had no ID with me gave her my account number, said she could not deposit because I had no ID, I took my money back and went to my credit union & made a deposit no problem. What's with a bank not taking a deposit. If I was trying to take money out of the bank I could understand. Banked at Wells Fargo for over 25 years, it's time to say goodbye to this bank

I am beginning to think that they are intentionally incompetent and slow as snot just to make customers go to another branch so they can just dit around and talk. If you need something beyond an ATM go to another branch *** Came into open an account for my daughter on a Saturday morning. After sitting in the waiting area for 15 minutes listening to one of the bankers have small talk with someone they told me they did not have time to open an account for her that day (figure the 15 minutes of jabbering would have been enough time). Then they tell me I can open an account online - NOPE, 16 year old kids have to do it in a branch. Going to close my accounts (30 year customer) and open a new account for myself and my daughter at a bank with better customer service
