- AGAllison GullingJan 11, 20232.0Started with Great Western over 10 years ago and decided to hang in there when First Interstate bought them out. So far my experience has not been up to par. I am now charged for my monthly statement which I never was before. The fact that they are no longer open on Saturday mornings is stupid. My biggest complaint is, when you call to ask the quickest and simplest question you get voice-mail center. They ask for you to leave a message for your local branch. Well sometimes they will call back the same day or the next. Well that doesn't always work when you need the assistance at that moment and can not wait for two hours or the next day. As for the service from the tellers, etc they are great no complaints about them at all.
