I met him at a networking event and, without pressuring me or my wife, he shared ideas (I prompted him to do so with my own questions first) about how to grow our wealth given our financial goals and particular income situation. I switched from another advisor over to him soon after that conversation. He has always taken the time needed to answer all of my questions, walk me through the risks with a high degree of detail and knowledge, and works well with my budget and goals to drive the highest return given the risk that I am comfortable with. Deb, part of Justin's team, is also fantastic to work with. She keeps me apprised of all the things I need to get done and is patient with me when I don't. Would definitely recommend this team 10/10 times to anyone and, in fact, my wife and I both have.

During the original call I explained the situation and an appointment was scheduled. Weeks went by and then before the appointment we received an email from Justin explaining that he is not accepting new clients that don't have assets above a certain threshold. The specific threshold was not referenced. No questions were asked about what kind of a starting balance we were looking at. IF he is actually only accepting new clients with "sufficient" assets, why wasn't that explained when originally calling to schedule, not weeks later? Justin did offer a referral to someone else in his office, but we will be working with another office entirely.
