- SBSteven BaccamOct 10, 20173.0All I wanted was a new debit card. It was under return mail , and so probably wasn't Wells Fargo's fault. The thing was that the second time I went it took about 25 minutes longer to order it and set up a temporary card. She said the "system was wonky," but she asked for assistance and the other lady got it to work right away. There goes 25+ minutes of my life. Are people not being trained correctly? Or are they hiring wrong people for the job? Look, I know people have had rough days, but this was a huge time waster. I could have gotten at least a card ordered over the phone, but I choose to go to a store so I can talk face to face to a person, which to me is more convenient. This experience was an inconvenience.

They also have been sending my mail to my old address for the last two years despite several attempts to change it online and in-person.
