If you need any customer service over the phone, forget about it. Took over a week, multiple hours on hold, and talking to 4 different people at the customer service center to even let me know what the problem was. Good luck using online banking, 75% of the time I try and log in there's always some reason that my account information can't be displayed. And finally, being open 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday and closed all weekend ensures that I have to actually request time off from my job to make deposits, since 30 minutes of my lunch break is not long enough to get there, wait for them to count my money, and drive back. I used to love this location because the staff was so friendly and it was open on Saturdays until noon and before the change I never had ANY problems. :(
