Here at the Altoona location, Ashley helped my wife and I set up our bank account infrastructure a few years ago and was super patient and helpful. Last week Mom and I set up Power of Attorney and Ashley notarized our documents and walked us through (patiently) the different terms and conditions regarding what happens to a bank account when someone passes. I guess I'm just saying -- having someone listen to questions and explain things to Mom and I was invaluable. So I'm writing a super happy review.
