  Friendly competent staff. I'm assuming the complaint about people not caring is from someone who is overdrawn and entitled, because these people have always been on top of things, courteous and helpful.

  Over the past five years, Wells Fargo and this branch have gone from okay to terrible. Their specialty seems to be making banking as inconvenient as possible. WF makes the simplest processes like making a deposit a total pain—all because they were fined for illegal acts like creating fake consumer accounts and overcharging mortgages. THEY should be the ones to pay for that in convenience, not their customers. Their savings rates are also appallingly low. Every other bank I looked at could do better and now instead of netting a paltry $1.05 in interest per month, I get $200. Employee attitudes seem worse as well. Today we were greeted by a clerk who didn’t even say hello and was wearing a scowl. I recommend taking your business and hard-earned money elsewhere.

  This company has very poor customer service and after have issues wells fargo myself, I have been asking around and it sounds like most people that have banked here in the past or currently do so, are not happy with how they are treated. Why is this company still in business? If you are thinking about going to wells fargo for any kind of financial service, save yourself a lot of hassle and frustration. GO somewhere else. These people don't care about you at all. I will never bank here again or let my family do so.
