I was carrying my baby and they told me there “short staffed” when there was 5 of them including the manger, again there was no line. Also told me I couldn’t make an appointment or come back an hour later. I had to wait “30 minutes” and none of them could help me. I left and went to Kahului and they even questioned why they did that knowing Kahului is always BUSY especially if you have no appointment. They need better staff especially a better “manager”.
