I know they are probably under staffed and very busy but it would be nice for them to pick up the phone and just tell us we will get to you momentarily then just let us listen to nice music without the music being interrupted ever 30 seconds telling us we are still on hold. I love all the people who work at the Waianae branch and this is the only thing I would change about the bank. Thank you for listening.
