My 92 year grandpa has his weekly routine which includes withdrawing money from his bank account. The teller told him to get an ATM card to avoid the lines. He was upset by that saying that they want to replace people with cards and machines. He enjoys his outings although 15 minutes in a bank is rather much. Glad I don't bank there.

I will say that the employees are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable which makes up for some of the wait times. Adding a additional teller to be available at all times would be worth another star and a half.
