Not enough tellers. At least on Friday give another helper. There's 5 teller counters but for What? My 92 year grandpa has his weekly routine which includes withdrawing money from his bank account. The teller told him to get an ATM card to avoid the lines. He was upset by that saying that they want to replace people with cards and machines. He enjoys his outings although 15 minutes in a bank is rather much. Glad I don't bank there.

Tellers Attention to meet customers need is fast and efficient.
The only big, big, big, problem is that there is not enough tellers.
The most I see is 2 tellers.
For a Big company I think they should hire more employees.

Whether there is 2 customers in line or 20 customers in line there has always been 2 or 3 tellers available at any one time. At least this has been my experience. I will say that the employees are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable which makes up for some of the wait times. Adding a additional teller to be available at all times would be worth another star and a half.
