Poor customer service, electronic bank transfers require 7 days to complete (maybe they still use carrier pigeons rather than canoes). To call them is a complete waste of your time as the phone tree is poorly set up, and customer representatives are non existent. If I could give this Bank a “zero stars” it would be more accurate description of their worth. Run away from this bank .

However if you are off island or need assistance not in person get used to listening to looping Hawaiian music and the option "to leave a message or continue to hold on for the next available specialist" because that recording is the only customer service you may get for up to an hour.
