Friendly staff, extremely helpful. My cards got frozen due to suspicious activity. I tried to fix the problem with their 888 # but got nowhere. Went to the Pahoa branch last week and Serena straightened out the problem in less than 5 minutes! Tried to go to the Hilo branch a couple of days ago, absolutely no parking. Went back to Pahoa today and got done in a jiffy!

This bank has gone rapidly downhill! All the good tellers left. The building is in poor repair. Lots of mad people at the tellers. They blocked my card for buying a cup of coffee across the street! Told me I had to wait at least two weeks to get a new card. Never bank at B of H again! This from a customer of 25 years!
