Went to the Pahoa branch last week and Serena straightened out the problem in less than 5 minutes! Tried to go to the Hilo branch a couple of days ago, absolutely no parking. Went back to Pahoa today and got done in a jiffy!

They blocked my card for buying a cup of coffee across the street! Told me I had to wait at least two weeks to get a new card. Never bank at B of H again! This from a customer of 25 years!
