We did not have an appointment but Ku'ulei gladly took us aside into a private room to help us complete the form. She was very patient and respectful and quickly completed our business. Thank you BOH for having some awesome people working for you.

I do want people looking at this review or any BOH higher ups looking at this to know that I had a positive experience with banker Mikaela on 8/6/2025. Friendly, personable, and knowledgeable, I was able to get a account opened up quickly and she answered all questions I had in regards to mobile banking, check deposit, fees, etc. A+ service. Thank you again!
