- SHShelley HarmerDec 6, 20251.0I’ve been with this bank for over 15 years and I’ve been extremely unhappy with it for years now - I’m finally going in today to close my account. Their fees for ATM use and overdraft fees ($30) are extortionate and I hope they get another class action lawsuit brought against them soon - although this didn’t seem to help last time. Do not open an account here!! Credit unions are the way to go - it feels like they still actually care about consumers and not just profits.
