- SLSean LesterMay 31, 20251.0I've been with these guys for over 10 years and they're becoming more difficult to work with less friendly and are beginning to charge for every time you blink at them. I personally am going to be looking for another banking system. It's sad to see this Bank go downhill so far. They've basically set it up so they only have a few places that are open and if you want to get any personal service like with a notary it can take over a week. Not a good bank

My mother-in law's bank account was recently hacked, and a significant amount of $10,000+ was stolen without her knowledge or authorization. We immediately reported the incident to the bank, but the response was disappointingly slow and lacking in transparency. Until then, I cannot recommend this bank to others, especially those trusting it with their hard-earned savings. As a long-time customer, we expected stronger security measures and faster action in protecting our funds. Instead, we were left with uncertainty, stress, and little reassurance that proper steps are being taken to recover the lost money or prevent future incidents. This experience has been emotionally and financially distressing for our family. I urge the bank to take data security more seriously, improve its fraud detection systems, and treat affected customers with the urgency and support they deserve.
