Me and my wife have been putting up with them for 5 years, they have awful monthly fees, every time we’ve called asking for help we get very vague answers and try to rush us off the phone. Even when going into the bank to ask about our account. We got treated like we were bothering them. Their hours are horrible, their customer service is absolutely disgusting, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BANK IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY!!!
